Your Nutrition Evaluation is based on a dietary journal you keep for
5-7 days. During your 90-minute consultation with our trainer will guide you with specific dietary recommendations based
on your current eating habits, lifestyle, training regimen, body composition, RMR and health or weight loss goals.
This includes specific measures and goals for calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, water, fiber, and vitamins. You
will also receive a sample meal plan to follow. |
