LindyFit is customized personal training will help you gradually work towards achieving your long term goals by taking small steps to achieve your goals. 

With over fifteen years of experience as a personal trainer, Lindy has become armed with a positive attitude and a winning smile; she has inspired thousands of people to achieve their goals of living a happy, healthy lifestyle.
With a unique combination of proper nutrition and effective exercise programs, Lindy has helped inspire a numerous families to live a healthier lifestyle.  Lindy understands the psychological and practical barriers facing those starting a new activity program, and offers simple strategies to help anyone understand their potential from a physical, mental, and emotional perspective.
Lindy has been featured in print publications including Cy Fair Magazine, Houston Chronicle, San Antonio Sun and many more.  She trained an at home Biggest Loser contestant in 2010-2011.  She has written dozens of fitness and nutrition presentations as a Healthy Living Director for a non-profit organization and is unique in bringing in the often neglected emotional coaching that goes hand in hand with the workout and nutritional aspects of achieving ultimate health.
Lindy attended the University of Houston, where she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Behavior Health Science.  Shortly after graduating, she took a more serious approach to weight training while battling her own weight issues.
